Tax feels painful when the cash looked like yours first
MoneyCue's job here is not to prepare a return. It is to make the invisible commitment visible while you still have the cash.
Rates used in this V1
For limited companies, the calculator uses the current 19% small-profits Corporation Tax rate up to £50,000, 25% main rate over £250,000 and the standard marginal-relief calculation between those limits, assuming no associated companies or exempt distributions. For sole traders it uses 2026/27 Personal Allowance and Income Tax bands plus Class 4 National Insurance, with a Scotland option.
